My FAVOURITE place to get Bibimbap! Good prices and amazing service. The chef is so kind and puts his all into what he does!! The food is so good too and for a fair price compared to other Korean restaurants in Brighton. Has a lot of vegan options as well

I stumbled across Korpan on a day out in Brighton and was drawn to its authentic and simple energy. The menu is varied with many options, also for vegetarians! Service and staff are warm and friendly! Taste and flavours are fresh, rich, delicious and warming for the soul! I highly recommended the Tofu Bliss and homemade Kimchi!

I can’t recommend this place enough. The food is always so delicious and fresh, the staff are so kind and friendly and the prices are unmatched. They could definitely be charging more for what they’re giving!! Definitely a hidden gem in the Open Market I come here all the time.

This is a cafe that is all about the food! It’s easy to walk past but don’t! You must try it. It is all fresh and locally sourced. Completely home made and the chef takes absolute pride in his authentic dishes. If you are unsure what to have then they are very happy to explain the dishes and recommend. We love every dish here and as locals to Brighton, we pop in for a quick lunch that we know will be healthy, fresh and very tasty.

Food — delicious. Service — unmatched. Vibes — immaculate. It’s the homemade place of my dreams. Since not having homemade food by someone other than me for a while, this really hit the spot. Finally actually good authentic kimchi! The owner was so friendly I hope their business prospers, just kind people making good food. The prices were also so affordable, which I appreciate as a student. 10/10 experience will come back!

Awesome food and service. The man who served me was very polite and enthusiastic about his food. I loved the katsu spice bowl, the chicken was delicious and the vegetables were nice and spicy.

I cannot express how happy I am to discover this place. The team here are so welcoming and the food is out of this world. Me and my partner have both left here knowing this is going to be a weekly treat! Thank you! P.s the chicken noodle soup (extra spicy) is SOOOOOO good!!!!
